HIC Consultancy Ltd was founded by Gary Henderson, bringing together years of hands-on experience in business and football administration. Having previously run his family business and worked as General Manager at Billericay Town FC, Gary saw first-hand how much untapped commercial potential exists within non-league football and how few clubs have the time, tools, or expertise to unlock it.

That experience led to the creation of HIC Consultancy Ltd: a commercial consultancy helping non-league football clubs build sustainable income through sponsorship, grant funding, and long-term commercial strategy.

Alongside this, HIC also works with businesses looking for practical, experienced consultancy support, helping them sharpen direction, identify opportunities, and grow.
